MURPH ROCKS... Craziest night of my life. Worked so hard on this show for so long, seeing it come to fruition was really humbling. This set was the culmination of years of work on the music front while trying to fit it all in sonically into 95 minutes. We debuted a brand new visual show we built from the ground up over the past year. I really felt like this show was a big step in my career in terms of how I approach putting on a live experience. From the stage design, to the visuals, to the lights/lasers – it felt much more mature with a less is more approach. We were really tactical in how we used specific production elements throughout the show. While so many shows these days are spamming all the production as much as they can, we really wanted to highlight the big moments, let certain sections breathe, and bring the show-goer on a journey. Red Rocks was truly a team effort as this is not a one-man show.
