QSERF Project Helios (Foxtrot-9) MNFR Startup and Grid Synchronization Tutorial

This is a tutorial for the Project Helios (AKA Foxtrot-9) Mobile Nuclear Fission Reactor, Located within the Quantum Science Energy Research Facility. We will be going over Reactor Startup, Stabilization, and Grid Synchronization, along with an overview of Reactor Control, Gauges, and Annunciators. After this, a brief display of the Foxtrot-9's "Secret Room" is included, along with how to access the room. Subtitles (once they are completed, hopefully by June 26th) are highly recommended. They provide a bit of extra advice and insight into the video from after it was already made, along with editor's comments. For now, YouTube has added automatic subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing, however as expected, they are not 100% accurate, but they do work for now.
