ShakeFix turns a phone shake into a verified production fix. This is one real run, recorded live on 23 Oct 2026 (case #18). A patient's pharmacy app counted her refills UP instead of down. She shook her phone and said what was wrong. Four GitLab Duo agents wrote a failing test, fixed the bug, proved the fix changed nothing else (Second Opinion), merged and deployed it to Google Cloud Run. Shake to live: 18m 34s, with zero human touches. Then her phone asked "Fixed. Is it working for you now?", and her thumbs-up closed the case.
