Dead radio in a 2016 Cadillac CT6? No sound, no display, and no communication with key infotainment modules. This is part 1 of a deep dive diagnostic using factory service information. In this 35 minute service information rich diagnostic, we take on a 2016 Cadillac CT6 with a dead radio and black infotainment screen. No sound. No display. No communication with the Radio Module or the Human Machine Interface Control Module. Using a scan tool, we perform a full pre scan and verify power, ground, and communication circuits using wiring diagrams and RPO codes. Despite confirming power and ground, both modules show no CAN activity or bias voltage - pointing to a deeper network fault. We hit the time limit on this diag, so this episode wraps up Part 1.
