2020 Benson Canyon Spur 2 Trail T5005B Going Down:    • Benson Canyon Spur 2 T5005B Going Down HiR...   In 2020, I had just purchased my 2020 Beta 300RR 2 stroke and wanted to tackle all of the trails in our mountains. However, I found that it was very difficult for me to determine the skill level required and risk associated with the various trails shown on the Lincoln National Forest Motorized trail map (the only places you are allowed to ride). In many cases, I actually hiked the trial first to see whether it was something I thought I should attack. So, I decided to document my rides and publish them on Youtube as an aid for any future riders who were trying to get a feel for whether they should tackle a particular one. Now, it is 2026, and I am sure with both riding traffic of dirt bikes and UTVs, along with quite a bit of extreme weather, that the trail conditions have changed quite a bit since then. Even though I am almost 70 now, I find it a great way to keep in shape and still really enjoy getting out in nature. So I decided to redo all of my original 2020 videos. For each one of these videos I will also put the link for the original version in the description. STRONG SUGGESTION: Also, for all riders out here, there is no cell coverage for most of the mountain. And, I usually ride during the weekdays and I have only come across another rider one time in all of the rides I take. So, if you have an issue of any kind where you cannot ride out, it is very unlikely that someone else will discover you anytime soon. So, I highly recommend you have a satellite communication device with you at all times for safety. Something like a Garmin Inreach, iphone with satellite SOS capability, etc.
