The Most Difficult Oxidation I've Ever Attempted (Sodium Perbromate Synthesis)

In the final stages of an experiment I've been planning for a long while, we attempt the oxidation of sodium bromate to sodium perbromate. Using a boron-doped diamond anode in an electrolytic cell, we spend a week trying to perform this oxidation, and then test our limited quantities of product.
