Through these press conferences, opposition leaders and social activists have demanded Gyanesh Kumar's immediate resignation, alleging serious irregularities in the electoral roll revision (SIR) and the voting process. During these widespread protests, leaders such as Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi, along with other prominent figures, held a march and a sit-in protest in Delhi; subsequently, the police detained hundreds of protesters, citing security concerns. Meanwhile, while hearing a petition seeking Gyanesh Kumar's suspension from office, the Supreme Court refused to grant an interim stay or order his suspension and directed the Election Commission to file its response. 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up?
