Forgiveness: The key to healing trauma and a broken bond with my gung-ho Colonel father.

In this video, THE WAR COMES HOME, I share my journey through family dysfunction, generational trauma, and the long shadows cast by the Vietnam War. “The War Comes Home" reveals how forgiveness—hard-won and messy—became the key to healing a broken bond with my decorated war hero colonel father. A story of resilience, recovery, and redemption, perfect for anyone struggling to let go of the past. #forgiveness #familytrauma #VietnamWar #healingjourney I drop a new video every Sunday.
