Nach oben kommen kann hart sein - Coming up can be hard

Viele von euch schreiben mir immer, sie finden es toll, wie entspannt ich auf Krücken gehe. Meistens ist es das auch, ich teste morgens mal kurz, ob mein Schrottfuß heute Belastung erträgt oder nicht und wenn nicht, nehm ich halt meine Krückis. Es gibt aber Situationen, die selbst mir schwer fallen - zum Beispiel, eine Treppe HOCH gehen (runter wird einfach geklotscht, aber hoch geht schon ordentlich in die Arme) - und um allen Mut zu machen, die dasselbe Problem haben, hab ich hier zu mal ein kleines Musik-Video bei meinem letzten Shopping Bummel gemacht. Many of you always write me that they think it's great how relaxed I am on crutches. Most of the time it is, I test briefly in the morning whether my junk foot can take the strain today or not, and if not, I just use my crutches. But there are situations that are difficult even for me - for example, walking up a flight of stairs (going down is easy, but going up is a real pain in the arms) - and to encourage everyone who has the same problem, I made a little music video during my last shopping trip.
