【波の音/睡眠】和歌山県朝日夕陽百選「すさみ海岸」〜稲積島の朝 46分｜睡眠・作業・勉強・リラックス｜自然音ASMR・音楽なし

和歌山県すさみ町、すさみ海岸の朝です。湾に浮かぶのが稲積島、その向こうが枯木灘。 浜に立つ碑によると、ここは「和歌山県朝日夕陽百選」に選ばれています。足元の説明板が書いているのは夕陽のこと。稲積島をシルエットにして枯木灘に日が沈む、その眺めで知られた浜です。画面の島じたいは、すさみ町が選んだ「すさみ八景」のひとつでもあります。 これは、その浜の朝です。 2026年8月21日、朝5時半から6時半すぎまで。三脚を立てて4回に分けて撮りました。波打ち際に寄ったところから始まって、湾の全景、稲積島と黄色い灯標、また波打ち際へ。1本の通し撮りではないので、4つの場面のあいだには撮っていない時間があります。それぞれの場面のなかは、切らずにそのまま流しています。 音は、映像と同じ時刻に、同じ浜で録ったものです。録音機が回っていなかった時間だけ、その映像自身のカメラの音を使っています。どちらもその瞬間の本物で、編集で足した音はひとつもありません。 音楽もナレーションもありません。AIで作った音も使っていません。 映像も音も、くり返しはひとつもありません。 ────────────────────────── Susami Beach, Wakayama, on the Pacific coast of western Japan, in the morning. The island in the bay is Inazumi-jima; beyond it lies the Karekinada sea. A monument on the shore marks this as one of Wakayama's hundred views of sunrise and sunset. The plaque beneath it speaks of the evening: this is a beach known for the sun going down into the Karekinada with the island in silhouette. The island is also one of the eight scenic places chosen by the town of Susami. This is that beach in the morning. Filmed on 21 August 2026, from half past five until a little after half past six, in four takes on a fixed tripod: the water's edge up close, then the whole bay, then the island and its yellow beacon, then the water's edge again. It is not one continuous take, so there are gaps between the four. Within each one, nothing is cut. The sound was recorded at the same hour, on the same beach. Where the recorder was not running, the camera's own sound stands in. Both are the real sound of that moment. Nothing has been added. No music, no narration, nothing generated by AI.
