Lyrics: Raise a toast tryna smile but I’m fighting it Won the gold and it feels like I’m post Olympic There’s a version of me that would die for this But why don’t I see that Spoiling all I have for the things I don’t Would I be happier now if I had em’ though So focused on the horizon I missed the boat Years I won’t get back Know I shouldn’t cry because it fades away I should be happy that it happened That’s what they say You’ll spend your life Tryna be a winner Then you’re winning Then you’re sad Spend your time Tryna paint a picture Then you paint it And it’s bad Wish I could be more glad to be exactly in the place that i am Spend your life Tryna be a winner But the finish line keeps moving back I come in second when there’s no first place I keep talking to myself and in the worst way And when I blow out my candles on every birthday I wish it I wish it away When I get it worried I’m gonna lose it Don’t believe I’m deserving unless I prove it Everything just depends on your point of view that’s what they say You’ll spend your life Tryna be a winner Then you’re winning Then you’re sad Spend your time Tryna paint a picture Then you paint it And it’s bad Wish I could be more glad to be exactly in the place that I am Spend your life Tryna be a winner But the finish line keeps moving back I just wanna wake up Wanna feel alright Do it cause I wanna Don’t need no prize Wanna see the beauty in a sunrise You’ll spend your life Tryna be a winner Then you’re winning Then you’re sad Spend your time Tryna paint a picture Then you paint it And it’s bad Wish I could be more glad to be exactly in the place that i am Spend your life Tryna be a winner But the finish line keeps moving back #AllySalort #FinishLine #lyricsvideo
