Tapton Police Pond FISHERY AUDIT #43. Perfection….

Today I took a visit to another local fishery and one that held a few of my early angling days as a child. It’s a stunning venue that’s absolutely packed with fish for all permit holders to enjoy. The fishery is still owned by the police from what regulars have told me too. It’s recent had lots of maintenance including fresh pegs, many hours of foliage trimming and a good overall clear out of pads. It’s now a very appealing and welcoming venue which makes you want to sit beside it all day. No major negatives on this one apart from the odd fish theft from a suspected ex Royal Mail van but besides that this fishery holds all the credentials of a top tier fishing site.
