Carly is on her way into Kelly's and sees Hannah walk by. She decides to follow her. At the penhouse Sonny and Jason discuss what will happen if Sonny's bail is revoked. Jason shows Sonny a stolen diamond and its Luke who hid the diamonds from Faison at the warehouse after the think someone is trying to frame Sonny. Alexis comes over to let them know that the charges have been dropped because the FBI doesn't have any sufficient evidence to book Sonny but to beware that the FBI will hold on to that evidence and keep digging. Jason asks if they can continue to count her. Alexis agrees until they are charged with a violent crime that they cant say they didnt do. Sonny and Jason agree the terms. Alexis leaves and they are elated that Sonny is in the clear for now. Jason moved the diamonds and Sonny makes a call and sends for Luke. Jason wants to warn Luke about Jerry for Bobbie and Lucas's sake but Sonny decides to keep it from him even though he doesnt like keeping it from him,. Luke comes over and admits he hid the diamonds .
