Candlepin Bowling - Don Richmond vs. Tom Olszta (w/Commercials)

Air date: 7/18/1992. (Alley Chat has already uploaded this show before which you can see here:    • Alley Chat Classics - Channel 5 - Don Rich...   though this one includes most commercials. There's a couple of slight issues with this tape I was given but nothing too major.) Another special thanks again to Tom Olszta, his wife Karen, and to Aaron Fontaine for providing this match, which was heading into the home stretch of final shows before the big True Value Championship show itself at Pilgrim Lanes in August of that year. (This specific match was the 7th to last show from the 1991 - 1992 season of the program to be exact) This match featured Tom Olszta going for his third win in a row, having defeated Tom O'Brien and Tim Soucy in the previous two weeks before, with Tom having to face Don Richmond, who was his international bowling teammate. To say the least, this is one of the best performances you'll ever see from a certain bowler with some INSANE scoring and crazy luck at the very end too, ESPECIALLY in the third game at 48:59 that made you KNOW that it was their day when it came to nearly setting records! It also was a key moment for setting the stage for the Championship show as well for the following month. Hope you all enjoy this awesome match, R.I.P. Don Gillis.
