Things we learnt: Kids on planes LOVE toothpaste (including future Spice Girls- 01:48) The budget for the Colwyn Bay ad all must have gone on Richard Briers' voiceover Time travelling ad execs coming up with a product called 'Natwest Online' in 1987 Gareth Hunt and co making the w@nker sign with a fistful of beans is an excellent way to sell coffee Toffee Crisps used to be 18p Ray Winstone has never been advert-averse There were non slicker than Whicker at taking the Barclaycard nicker Even Concorde wasn't spared in Maggies's great 80's state fire sale Cat food actually looked like cat food back then- ie horrendous horse-in-a-can, shovelled out with the worst fork in the drawer
