大家好，我是lily~ 本次的旅途我将继续我的喜马拉雅山脉徒步之旅！ 我独自徒步12天从papulu走到了珠峰大本营，到了大本营我实在走不动了，我不得不多休整了一天，因为接下来是此次徒步最难的一段路——独自翻越5600米的chola pass垭口。 翻越垭口先要从大本营走到山脚下的宗拉，不过就在我出发的这一天，我就遭遇了不小的考验，因为体力不足，对路的方向也判断不足，我走到中午在冰川里迷路了！ 翻越垭口的这一天，天气非常的晴朗，但我的内心充满了担忧，清晨出发后我独自一人在冰川之路上默默行走，虽然高原的阳光照耀着我，但我总感觉危机四伏，那座巨大的山峰直直的矗立在头顶，让我有些压抑，有些喘不过气，甚至让我看不清方向。 后半程我遭遇了很多危机时刻，但是因为遇见的热心人我得到了很多帮助，快来看看我的徒步之旅吧！ I am continuing my trekking journey through the Himalayas! I hiked solo for 12 days from Papulu to Everest Base Camp. By the time I arrived, I was completely exhausted and had to take an extra day of rest, as the toughest leg of the trek lay ahead: crossing the 5,600-meter Cho La Pass on my own. To cross the pass, I first had to hike from Base Camp to Dzongla at the foot of the mountain. However, I faced a major challenge right from the start; due to fatigue and poor route judgment, I got lost in the glacier by midday! The day of the crossing was brilliantly clear, yet I was filled with anxiety. Setting out at dawn, I walked silently alone across the glacial terrain. Although the high-altitude sun shone down on me, I felt a constant sense of lurking danger. The massive peak towering directly overhead felt oppressive, making it hard to breathe and even obscuring my sense of direction. I encountered several perilous moments during the latter half of the journey, but thanks to the kind people I met along the way, I received a great deal of help.
