🍂 Lazy-day Bogie ride

Part 10 The ravine is absolutely insane. The down‑slope hits me first — huge rocks everywhere, each one ready to roll out from under me and melt my brain. And that’s just the way down. When I look across at the uphill on the opposite side, it’s even worse: roots twisting everywhere, massive rock shelves stacked like nature’s own torture device. My brain does that quick calculation and I just think, yeah… give it a go. I limp down to the flat, snap the throttle, and immediately get hung up on the big rock face. But I’ve been meaning to try something — that throttle‑blip trick to bounce the bike from a dead stop and clear the obstacle. So I rip it. It ain’t pretty. But I almost pulled it off. Of course, I’m running a well‑used tire while my super gummy is still on the way, so the whole attempt feels like I’m riding on a half‑bald hockey puck. I’m sliding all over the place, fighting for traction, laughing at myself the whole time.
