50 YEARS OF THE GOLF GTI! 🎉🔥 What better way to celebrate five decades of one of the world’s most iconic hot hatches than driving every Golf GTI there’s ever been? I headed up to Volkswagen UK for an incredible day behind the wheel, experiencing the evolution of the GTI from the legendary Mk1 right through to the latest generation The EDITION 50 — and getting a proper feel for what makes each one special. It was an amazing opportunity to look back at 50 years of Golf GTI history, seeing how the cars have changed over the decades while that unmistakable passion of the GTI character has remained.
