[KSF C151A 503/504 - Joyride from CG Tanah Merah D/E to CG1 Expo] Date filmed: 3 October 2026 Time of recording: between 1240hrs to 1243hrs Towards: (3) Changi Airport Train Model: Kawasaki Heavy Industries & CSR/CRRC Qingdao Sifang C151A Train Run: 101 Depot of Origin: East Coast Integrated Depot (replacement) Final Destination Depot: East Coast Integrated Depot Carriage filmed at: 2504 door A1/B1 area (No. 1 end) AM/PM/Full Day: Full Day Service (replaced ALS R151) This video features a Kawasaki Heavy Industries & CSR/CRRC Qingdao Sifang C151A, trainset 503/504, which is from East Coast Integrated Depot (ECID) to serve the Changi Airport Branch Line (CAL) for the remainder of the day [after replacing an unknown ALS R151 in the early morning hours], from CG Tanah Merah to CG1 Expo stations, bound for CG2 Changi Airport. At around (1:34), you would see some new concrete sleepers being placed at around the area of the crossover to the now-decommissioned Changi Depot Transfer Berth 1. This might signify that sleeper replacement works for the tracks of the Changi Airport Branch Line could be happening soon, since the CAL still uses the Timber Sleepers till this date. Maybe that is why the current Temporary Speed Restrictions (TSR) are being set in place too. Either way, there seems to be some echoey motor present at carriage 2504 door A1/B1 area too. 📲 Follow me on socials!
