This Lift is located in an relatively Small Hotel in Riccione on the Romagna's coast shores. When I saw the doors from the outside on the street this lift immediately caught my intrest. Luckily enough that is the Hotel were most of the staff of a factory we had to meet with was staying, so they let me in. When I noticed the digital indicator and button i was afraid the lift might had been entirely modded and gone. But as soon as it came to the floor and i rode up to discover the EPIC and rare old directional lanterns i immediately realized what i was riding. This is an old Falconi Lift from the 1960's, it was very advanced for the time and built like a tank. Those lifts nowadays are very hard to find especially in original conditions as they seem to always get modded at some point. However, while this one too has had a mod, it wasn't too invasive, it didn't ruin the lift's character and i'd also say that the most intresting features of this lift have been kept intact, wich is the most important thing in the end. The only thing about this lift that i am unsure is the motor. The motor is very quiet and smooth, plus it feels like it has some sorts of 2 leveling stages, but i couldn't hear any vf drives running. So this is the only mystery about this lift. I can't tell if the motor was replaced or it is the original one and it just was always this quiet and advanced. The logic is 100% original however, it waits at any floor with the doors open when not in use, typical old logic in italian lifts in the era Brand: Falconi Year/Era: 1960's Setup: Single running lift with directional calls(Relay Controlled) Conditions: Modded, Fixtures and indicators replaced (except directional lanterns at upper floors), cab slightly revamped and perhaps motor replaced. everything else is still original.
