I gave Britechester University Commons a refresh!

Hi friends! Today is a very special day because I can finally share a secret I’ve been keeping for months now!! The one and only ‪@ellexplays‬ reached out to me with an incredible idea for her brand-new series and I couldn’t have been more excited to be part of it! Together, we wanted to create magical university commons in Britechester, inspired by The Orb and the world of Zodiac Academy. The commons come complete with a whimsical two-story library where your Sims can study for their exams, a cozy seating area to hang out and socialize, a cafeteria, an art room and, of course, the big study room underneath the Orb. The build is designed to transport your Sims into a completely different dimension, but if the sun is a little too strong on your Sims’ skin, feel free to replace the Orb’s glass roof and cover the area to keep your Sims from getting a sunburn! I hope you have loads of fun exploring this magical little corner of Britechester! You can download the Build & find all the CC used here:   / thesimsideofluca   watch my previous video:    • I Built *THE OSCARS* In The Sims 4 so you ...   join the community on Discovd and never feel lonely:   / discord   follow me on Twitch to never miss out on my livestreams:   / thesimsideofluca   let's become BFFs ♡✧˚ https://beacons.ai/thesimsideofluca download all of my Builds♡   / thesimsideofluca   ˚✧ my pc specs ✧˚ mobo: ASUS Prime A520M-K cpu: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 gpu: NVIDIA RTX 4060 8 GB Dual ASUS psu: Unykach Atilius 500W 80+ Bronze ram: HP V6 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 (1x16GB) ssd: NVME 1 TB HP EX900Plus #sims4 #sims4build #sims4speedbuild
