How to Recite the Amidah Prayer | Jewish Morning Prayer

The Amidah is one of the central prayers of Jewish worship and a core part of the weekday morning service. In this video, I slowly recite the weekday Amidah so you can follow along and pray it yourself. The Amidah is traditionally recited while standing and is sometimes called the Shemoneh Esrei. It forms the heart of Shacharit and the other daily prayer services.
