رياضيون يتخذون من شاطئ البحر في قطاع غزة مساحة للتدريب للحفاظ على لياقتهم البدنية

Young Palestinians have gathered on the beach in Nuseirat, in the central Gaza Strip, to engage in exercise and sports activities, following the destruction of sports facilities caused by the war. With access to sports clubs no longer possible, these young people have turned to the seashore as an alternative venue for their physical training. These activities allow the participants to maintain their fitness and alleviate stress, despite the difficult circumstances they are enduring.
