What is ASMR? Why am I whispering? “ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is a tingling sensation that some people experience in response to certain stimuli. It's often described as a "brain massage" or "tingles" that start on the scalp and move down the spine. Common triggers include whispering, tapping, crinkling paper, accents, and slow movements. Many say the feeling is relaxing and can even help them fall asleep. Some claim that ASMR can help with anxiety, stress, and overstimulation.” The Current Upload Schedule: MONDAY - Upload an ASMR Short (Sometimes) WEDNESDAY - Full Length ASMR Video FRIDAY - Full Length ASMR Video SUNDAY - Full Length ASMR Video **** This is subject to change in the future. #asmrsounds #relaxing #lofi #lofiasmr #tapping #asmrtapping #asmrgumchewing #relax
