Balwyn and Bulleen Eastern Freeway Upgrades #BigBuild (June 2026) in 4K

An aerial progress update documenting the M3 Eastern Freeway Upgrade's Koonung Creek / Balwyn North / Bulleen segment of the North East Link project in June 2026. This flight path traces the transport corridor westwards towards the city from the edge of the sprawling Bulleen Interchange works, moving east along the Koonung Creek valley toward the Doncaster Road exit. The most striking element of this flight is seeing how the tranquil Koonung Creek parkland is being reshaped to accommodate the extra lanes. While the immediate construction zone looks intense, it provides a visual archive of the steps required to link the M80 directly to the east. This video is shot at an altitude of 120m, and from there the Great Dividing Range looks over the Victorian landsape.
