The Beverly Hillbillies Season 3 Episode 32 | The Brewsters Return (Full Episode)

John Brewster, the oil executive who helped make Jed Clampett a millionaire, is returning to Beverly Hills with his new wife, Edythe! The newlyweds have purchased a vacant lot where they plan to build their dream home. There's just one problem. They desperately want to keep their plans a secret from the Clampetts! Meanwhile, Jed and Granny are thinking about leaving Beverly Hills and returning to the hills. Terrified of losing the Clampett fortune, Mr. Drysdale reveals the Brewsters' secret in hopes of convincing Jed to stay. Now John and Edythe have little choice but to visit their old friends, where they find themselves on the receiving end of some very enthusiastic mountain hospitality. The sophisticated couple soon discovers that spending time with the Clampetts means getting involved in old-fashioned country chores. But the biggest surprise comes when Jed learns that the Brewsters are planning to build a house. Convinced that his friends deserve something special, Jed and the family decide to put their mountain building skills to work. When the Brewsters finally visit their property, they discover that the Clampetts have already built them a home! Unfortunately, the rustic log cabin isn't exactly what the fashionable newlyweds had in mind for their new Beverly Hills address. In The Brewsters Return, Frank Wilcox reprises his role as John Brewster, with Lisa Seagram appearing as his wife, Edythe. This classic episode delivers another hilarious clash between Beverly Hills sophistication and the Clampetts' generous but thoroughly old-fashioned country ways.
