Mighty-Chop 14" Industrial Chopsaw

Meet the Mighty-Chop — our new manual chopsaw. In this video, we’re doing a test run with three operators pushing it to its limits. Normally, one operator is working this machine. The Mighty-Chop is exactly what it sounds like — a simple, powerful chopsaw built to last. Blade: 14" diameter Motor: 5 HP (Single Phase or Three Phase) Construction: 3" C-Channel frame with a solid 3/16" steel top Standard Setup: Left-side table Dust Collection: 2" round dust port (Minimum 200 CFM Recommended) Capacity: 6" x 4" (up to three 2x4's per cut) Optional Upgrade: Right-side extension for handling long materials Designed with new and recycled pallet producers in mind, this chopsaw lets you quickly and safely cut boards to length. An optional table extension can be used for staging cuts or processing long length materials (as shown in the video). The left-side hinging blade guard keeps the operator protected — closed when the blade is up, opening automatically as you pull it down. The Mighty-Chop is built simple, safe, and ready for all-day work in real-world environments.
