Heroes of the Storm Winning the Wrong Matches and Losing the Right Ones 💀

Heroes of the Storm makes absolutely no sense sometimes. You win matches you have no business winning. You lose matches that should have been in the bag. Somewhere in between, there's a game where everything goes sideways, the decisions get questionable, and the result somehow manages to surprise everyone involved. Make it make sense. How does a match that looks doomed turn into a victory, while the one that seems practically guaranteed ends in defeat? Is there some hidden rule of the Nexus that nobody bothered to explain? Is the game testing my patience?
