MUGEN LuigiFan1 x12 vs BestGamerReview's LuigiFan1 x12

For people that doesn't know, BestGamerReview's LuigiFan1 is a modified version of LuigiFan1 as far back as 2017/2018. Because it's old you can see the color difference on Luke but the general idea have been to add in shades for LuigiFan1 exclusive colors, while taking the source palettes on those that already exist from other characters. This makes LuigiFan1, Shadow and Luke the only ones to be made unique while the rest is taken from other characters. I wanted to bring both of these up again with a random order of the palettes, unfortunately the special modes were more disappointed than I wished for but couldn't get it in much other way.
