The Person Behind The Pen - CELEBRATING Rayo de Sol

Standing in the sunshine, with a hot cup of flavorful coffee from Matagalpa, my mind wandered into the village. One filled with running, laughing kids, and families working the land to feed the community. The same village I'd first visited when I read the manuscript for this book. Amidst the early morning bustle stands Peter Schaller, Executive Director of Rayo del Sol, and the author of A Seat At The Table - 20 Years of Faith-Based Development in Nicaragua. This is a first-hand account of a community comprising donors, ministries, government agencies, and volunteers with feet on the ground. They not only reside among the people in the Nicaraguan mountains, but every day for the last 20 years have been building a table that expands daily, giving thousands of people A Seat At The Table. Will you pull up A Seat At Our Table this Tuesday 13th, October at 6PM EST to celebrate the release of this nonprofit's last 20 Years of uplifting a community through faith, food, and friends? 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up?
