The Crossing at Coal Mountain: Everything You Need to Know

OK so today I'm breaking away from the standard 55+ / adult active neighborhood videos to review a new property called The Crossing at Coal Mountain. I've been watching the growth that's been occurring in the Coal Mountain area of north Atlanta so when this neighborhood broke ground, I knew I wanted to learn more. While the neighborhood isn't specifically targeted to the 55+ demographic, they have some amazing floorplans for active adults to consider including townhomes and single-family detached homes. What I think my channel subscribers and clients will particularly enjoy is the wealth of nearby resources that this property offers, including some amazing onsite amenities along with close access to a county park and alignment to a new mixed use retail space. One drawback that I'll call out is that they do not currently offer a master on main floorplan, which I know a lot of folks planning to downsize are looking for. However, the sales team promises that Toll Brothers is planning to add a master on main floorplan soon.
