Food, water, and sleep will not restore health. • NO RAD REMOVAL - Radiation permanently shrinks your maximum health bar pool. • NO LEVEL UP RESETS - Base-game script health resets on level up are disabled. • PERMANENT DEBUFFS - Crippled limbs, addictions, and stat penalties stay forever. • MECHANICAL FAIRNESS - Automated RNG infection damage is disabled via mods. • SOLO RUN - Permanent companions are banned; you are entirely on your own. • NO SHOP LEGENDARIES - Buying guaranteed legendary gear from merchants is restricted.
