Hi Dancers, welcome to today's Ballet Centre Class Beginner/Intermediate Level. This class is the continuation of the Barre Class shared down bellow. meaning we will keep working with this centre class on improving pirouettes by practicing transfer of weight from tow legs to one, passé balance and more. I'm a Professional Ballet Teacher graduated from the National Ballet School of Cuba in 2011 and the Royal Academy of Dance Registered Teacher (RAD RTS) in 2021. I hold a BA in Ballet Teaching and Repertoire, and currently studying my second BA in Dance Teaching Studies. Here I will be posting ballet tutorials every week designed for dancers of all levels.
