Clarification of the doubt of what Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Abdul Wahhab (may Allah have mercy on him) intended by his statement: "If we do not declare to be disbelievers the one who worships the idol upon the dome of ‘Abdul Qadir, and the idol upon the grave of Ahmad al Badawi, due to their ignorance and because there is no one to alert them, then how could we declare to be disbelievers one who has not emigrated to us?"
