The Secret Spirit of Iran

Discover the ancient philosophy of Zarathustra and its vital significance to our modern values, stepping past superficial stereotypes to uncover the enduring spirit and wisdom of a misunderstood civilization. The Secret Spirit of Iran / Part One looks beyond the generalized image of this nation to explore something deeper: the enduring spirit of a culture whose roots reach deep into the ancient world. Through the beauty of Iran’s landscapes and ancient architecture, its history, and the noble teachings of Zarathustra, this philosophical video essay reaches back thousands of years. It hints at how this ancient legacy is still profoundly reflected in Iranian culture today—in its values, its sense of beauty and creation, and its understanding of humanity and the world around us. This documentary is a journey into a lesser-known Iran, where ancient wisdom and the realities of the present reveal an unexpected continuity between past and modern times. 🇩🇪 Deutsche Video Version:    • Die verborgene Seele des Irans / Erster Teil   For those who would like to explore these ideas more deeply, my book, "The Truth Behind Zarathustra — Hope for a Troubled World," offers a broader voyage into Zarathustra’s philosophy, ancient Persia, and the relevance of this wisdom to our world today.
