Prime Minister Mark Carney is dismissing the U.S. President Donald Trump administration's claims on why trade talks between both countries collapsed. Powerful thunderstorms tore through Toronto and parts of southern Ontario on Wednesday, bringing heavy rain, large hail, damaging winds and widespread flooding. As Matthew Bingley repots, Toronto Hydro said about 65,000 customers lost power as crews responded to downed wires, trees and branches across the city. A second beluga whale rescued from Ontario's shuttered Marineland theme park has died.
