榊山神社（広島県）の神楽殿で奉納された、上石神楽団による神楽「安達ヶ原」を撮影しました。 「安達ヶ原」は、古くから伝わる鬼女・妖狐の物語を題材とした神楽演目です。 物語は、中国やインドを渡り歩き、妖術によって人々を惑わせてきた恐ろしい狐から始まります。 日本へ渡った狐は、美しい女性「玉藻前（たまものまえ）」に姿を変え、帝を欺きます。しかし、やがてその正体を見破られると、狐は安達ヶ原へ逃げ、山中に身を潜めます。 その後、旅の僧とその従者たちが安達ヶ原を訪れ、狐と遭遇します。狐は彼らを襲い、その正体を恐ろしい妖狐として現します。 やがて戦いには、弓の名手として知られる三浦之助と上総之助も加わります。二人は卓越した弓の技によって妖狐に立ち向かい、ついにはこれを討ち果たします。 This video features "Adachigahara," a traditional Hiroshima Kagura performance by the Ueshikishi Kagura Troupe at the Kagura Hall of Sakakiyama Shrine in Hiroshima, Japan. The story begins with an evil fox that has traveled throughout China and India, using its supernatural powers to cause mischief and deceive people. In Japan, the fox takes the form of a beautiful woman known as Tamamo-no-Mae and succeeds in deceiving the Emperor. Eventually, however, her true identity is discovered. The fox flees to Adachigahara, where it hides in the mountains. Later, a traveling monk and his attendants encounter the fox. The creature attacks them, revealing itself as a terrifying supernatural fox. The battle eventually draws the attention of two renowned archers, Miura-no-suke and Kazusa-no-suke. Using their exceptional skill with the bow, they confront the evil fox and ultimately defeat it. Filmed to capture the powerful movements of Hiroshima Kagura, the dramatic sounds of taiko drums and bamboo flutes, and the atmosphere of a traditional Kagura performance at a shrine in Hiroshima.
