Ninja warrior training at FEROX

This is me training at ferox athletics for the first time. This gym is massive!! And for those who live in or near New York I would definitely recommend to visit it as Ninja is not the only thing you can do there. Other than Ninja warrior there is a trampoline park, tag, calisthenics, and basketball. I unfortunately did not take videos of those but I did for Ninja which is what this video is about. Make sure to like and subscribe with the bell so that you won’t miss out on future content. Peace out, NYN
