4400 Horsepower!! Is THIS the FASTEST One-Engine Freight Train Ever?

Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025. I was set up in Princeville, IL late in the afternoon, when I heard rumbling from the west what sounded like an absolute blazer of a train - and it was! And it was hauled by just one locomotive! I think all 4,400 horsepower from the GE ES44C4 were churning and burning because I don't think Id ever seen a single-engine freight move that fest before and I don't remember seeing one this fast since!
