Water's Edge is a custom lakefront home on Lake Wallenpaupack, designed and built by RGB Custom Homes, building custom homes in the Poconos since 1986. Plan your own Pocono lake house: rgbhomes.com | (570) 424-6870 This 3-minute property film takes you through Water's Edge from the water's edge up, at golden hour and into the evening. You'll see how the home sits into its lakefront lot, how the outdoor living spaces connect to the lake, and how the interiors were designed around the views. Lake Wallenpaupack is one of the Pocono Mountains' most loved lakes, with 52 miles of shoreline across Wayne and Pike Counties. Building on the lake comes with its own considerations: slopes, shoreline rules, septic, permitting and getting the views right. RGB has guided families through all of it for decades, from site evaluation and design to the final walkthrough. Why families build with RGB Custom Homes: • Designing and building custom homes in the Poconos since 1986 • One team from lot evaluation through design and construction • Build on your own lot, in an RGB community, or let us help you find land • Every home backed by a 12-year warranty • Long-time craftsmen and trade partners We build throughout the Poconos and northeastern PA, including Lake Wallenpaupack, Hawley, Lake Ariel, Milford, Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, and Wayne, Pike and Monroe Counties.
