The film tells the complete story of the 1974 Baylor Bears football team under legendary head coach Grant Teaff, who defied all odds to capture their first undisputed conference title in 50 years. Predicted to finish last in the Southwest Conference, Baylor dropped its first two games of the 1974 season before the Bears won 8 of their next 9 – including the iconic comeback victory against Texas – en route to an appearance in the Cotton Bowl.
