Cape York Ep 4 - Tele Track + crashes, bike issues, lost tools and sand!

We wake at Archer River Roadhouse after a great nights sleep and we're ready to tackle the famous Telegraph Track! Or at least we think we are! We have no idea what it holds and how the loaded up bikes are going to handle it, but we are doing it and have no choice! A quick stop at Bramwell Junction Roadhouse and a bite to eat for those that want it (great bacon and egg burger!) and then it's time to get on with it. We suffer electrical problems with Hunters' bike leaving us having to push start it all the time and him worried about it during the water crossings in case he stalls it or drops it. There's no time to fix it yet though. I lose my tools and fender bag but don't discover it until it's too late - as in we need the tools! Will I ever get it back? In a strange twist we pass a car on the Telegraph Track and only 2 days later realise it was Luke, a dutch guy we met at The Lions Den on night one and had a beer with, when we meet him again at Archer River Roadhouse on the route home. And he has a surprise for us! Oh, and we have more beers with him! Swimming at Fruit Bat Falls is absolutely amazing and the place is paradise. And it's nice to have a wash! Will the Telegraph Track break us? Will it break the bikes? How are we going to fix Hunters' bike? Where are we going to camp for the night? Why is there so much sand? So many questions.
