First wingsuit cutaway in 13 years flying and 500 jumps

The pilot shoot wouldn't come out so I reached back to get it out resulting in a spiral downline line twist. I was flying a Parachute Systems Decelerator Reserve... The mains are great, but this reserve does not fly, it drops. Saved my life but it resulted in a spinal burst fracture on L2.
