In this episode of The Namak Shamak Foodcast, ‪@AshishVidyarthiActorVlogs‬ and I take you on a beautiful journey down memory lane, revisiting the simple joys of our childhood days—when food was not just about taste, but about comfort, warmth, and emotion. Joined by the ever-inspiring Ashish Vidyarthi, the conversation flows through stories of growing up, the nostalgia of home kitchens, and the powerful connection between food, memories, and the mind. Some dishes do more than satisfy hunger—they soothe the soul and bring a sense of calm that takes us back to simpler times. Sit back, relax, and let this episode remind you that sometimes, the simplest recipes bring the greatest calm—because when your mind is at peace, every bite feels like home. #ChefHarpalSingh #AshishVidyarthi #PunjabiChitt #NamakShamakFoodcast #AshishVidyarthi #FoodMemories #ComfortFood #PunjabiFood #FoodStories #IndianFood #FoodPodcast #PunjabiRecipes #PunjabiKadhi #BollywoodActor #BollywoodFamousVillain #ChefHarpalRecipes #VegetarianRecipes #healthyrecipes Punjabi Chitt Recipe Ingredients 1 Tbsp - Ghee 3 Tbsp - Ginger 2 No - Bay Leaves 2 No - Green Cardamom 2 No – Black cardamom 1 Inch - Cinnamon Stick 10- 12 No - Garlic Cloves 3- 4 No - Green Chilli slit 1 Tsp - Coriander powder ½ Tsp- Red chilli powder ¼ Tsp - Turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 ½ Cup - Water ¾ Tbsp - All-purpose flour 1 Cup - Milk Coriander chopped for Topping 3 No - Lemon wedges Method:- 1.
