Western Intelligence agencies have intercepted phone calls allegedly belonging to underworld don and India's most wanted fugitive Dawood Ibrahim. He is heard talking to a real estate agent in Dubai, making what sounds like a deal. HE has also clearly stated in the phone conversation that he is in Karachi.
