How to make Noodle Kugel - Classic two cheese kugel with a corn flake topping. The first time I encountered this recipe was at a pot luck. I wasn't sure what to make of it but was eager to give it a try. It was delicious! It reminded me of a baked rice pudding my mother used to make. It has a nice moist firm texture and is mildly sweet.
