Hello and welcome back my fellow freaks! Continuing our month of animated horror, we are looking at a film I had never planned to watch due to its dark and depressing subject matter -- When the Wind Blows. In fact, I came very close to NOT reviewing this film this week, just because I didn't want to cry. However, there has been much worse content I've endured for the sake of this channel -- I can suck it up and shed some tears.
