Downgrade myself for what? I want peace, solace and all the above Took some wrong turns But my Ls they help me learn And evolve to the higher levels of man Where you no longer have to wrestle with who you are Mentality can take you far Like a plane travelling at night with the stars Just breathe and stay calm Put the work in and soon you'll be living life large That's a promise, move with courage, save your money and pay homage Success lies within, you just gotta tap in To the source cause that's truly where the magic really happens The mind it keeps attracting this is how we get distracted I choose to be expansive to see my way through the madness Of our civilised grave - a deep pit Where only the hopeful remain Strong enough to survive with good use of the brain Alchemy is the power to turn night into day Really I should pray a lot more than I do Nowadays I'm more focused on eating much better food Reduce my fatigue and connect with the moon And the the sun, Jesus knows I want the funds But my biggest desire is to live a life full of fun And less stress, freeing up my chest like a bench press Until my superpowers make me the envy of X-men Bless them who search far and wide for the truth One day you'll realise that it lies inside you So cliche yet so many fail to see Just another consequence of controlled insanity Hypnotized by the media, it's beautiful lies Transforming your perception just to keep you in line A man is only enslaved by the thoughts in his head And motivated greatly by his need for respect How long does it take to learn the lessons of life as long as it takes to decorate space and time
