N.E.W. ROCKS Day 4 N.E.W. ROCKS Day 4 After a night of heavy rain, the group wisely decided to relax for most of the morning before a private trail day at Field & Forest. Also to wait on a new locker for Paul, who had one shipped express overnight. With that arriving around noon a group huddled around him to either help repair… or just sit and watch. Field & Forest absolutely amazed me, I’ve never seen trails as crazy as these and we stayed on some of the milder sections. I fully understand now why it’s called “The Abusement Park”. These trails were loaded with massive rocks and these guys were wheeling them right after a torrential downpour. I was incredibly impressed with everyone attacking these gnarly trails using the utmost violence knowing full well they have 3 more days of street driving and wheeling left to go.
