Misfire! Motorcycle won't idle correctly SPARK PLUG CAPS CBR 900RR

1993 CBR 900RR Idle was not able to be adjusted correctly. It was discovered that the Spark Plug Caps had a major Ohms Resistance failure. Caution! Aftermarket parts are cheaper than the originals for a reason. Always buy OEM.
